3. Drilling Tool Disassembly Operation Procedures
1. Pump station oil tank capacity 45L Make sure there is hydraulic oil in the oil tank, L-HM46 hydraulic oil to the oil mark display.
2. Connect three-phase electricity, the motor fan rotates in the marked direction (clockwise) and the oil pump works correctly.
3. Add or subtract chain links according to the diameter of the clamped drill.
4. The C handle tightens or loosens the main clamp, loosens forward and clamps backward.
5. The B handle tightens or loosens the backup clamp, loosens forward and clamps backward.
6. The A handle is for loosening or tightening, and it rotates forward, loosens forward and tightens backward.
7. According to the torque of the drilling tool, adjust the system pressure, the maximum is 25Mpa.
8. To disassemble the drilling tool horizontally and vertically, just remove the fixing bolt at the back of the equipment and change its position.
